There is only one chance to make a first impression. Since 2003, I have been helping sellers maximize the value of their home by de-cluttering and creating a clear, clean, bright environment.

My goal is to make selling your home as easy as possible by utilizing the homeowner’s furniture, art and accessories as well as helping the heirs disperse of the furnishings after the sale.

STEPS FOR HELPING YOU SELL YOUR HOME

  • Clear out clutter
  • Hire cleaners, painters, electricians, plumbers as needed
  • Arrange furniture, art and accessories that is pleasing to the most buyers
  • Disperse furnishings to storage, consignment, or charity


While I do staging of furnished homes only,  I have a network of stagers at all different price points who i am  happy to recommend.​​​

Having an organized home, allows all people in the household to know where to put items when they are cleaning up.

Clutter creates chaos and life leaves little time for organizing. Identifying a place for different categories is like a space plan or an architectural plan.  A space plan takes into consideration every day habits, amount of space and categorizes your belongings and furnishings.  

STEPS TO GETTING ORGANIZED

Remove items from space
Sort all items into like in kind
Edit items into KEEP, MAYBE, TOSS, CHARITY/SELL 
Decide on what you'd like to put back
Get the right container, box, bin, hook
Put items back into space
